Roping In Logandale
In March, we went down to Logandale for a roping. It was so nice and warm! Yippee definitly got us ready for warm weather! Nate's parents came, Charlize found a good place to sit. :)
Charlize had fun running around between us all.
While Nate was off warming up the paint horse, Grandpa took Boo over to see Zima. Yes, my child likes to be in control and hold the reins. :)
Charlize is always on the go and love climbing all around on the bleachers. Aunt Diana and Uncle Devan came down too, and they brought their dog Dude. Charlize loved/s playing with him.
Yes, I did watch the roping and got pictures of the guys. I struggled with getting in a good location to see them with out other ropers in my way. Once Charlize saw me climb on something to get taller, she'd want to as well.
Grandma Denise had her hands full keeping Charlize happy - since the child refused to settle down for a nap. They had to go before the roping was over and Nate started the cooler and a video in the trailer and missy calmed down right away.A Little Like Mom
It was so fun to see this old picture of my cousin and I. Add to the list of things to do: scan old pictures of Nate and I. Then I can really do some more comparisons. :)

Jumping
This was taken over spring break. I wanted to get some of her talking and silly attitude. She goes kinda crazy and yes, she did look to see how far away I was. I swore that I wouldn't post it after a potentially bad mommy-moment at the end, but I get a good chuckle out of it - I hope you do too. :)
Our video camera records to a disc and its quite the pain to get it transfered to my computer (downloading another program and such) so I don't really get to use the video's taken on it. My point&shoot camera takes video, so that's what I'm using. Any suggestions for a new video camera that records to a SD card?

Happy Birthday Cousin Addison!
Addison turned 2 and Sonrisa made her an adorable Elmo cake - 'cause the girl loves Elmo :) I didn't get a picture of it before she got started, but it was so cute!
Soni made little Elmo cupcakes for us all and delisous ice cream cake (homemade) for the rest of us to enjoy.
Addi had alot of help from her cousins to open the presents.
At the end of the party, all the kids were playing in Addi's room and this is how Addi cam out! Boy, can she accessorize! :) Uncle Kelby was holding them both while I got a cousin picure together. :)
Happy #2 year ahead Addi! We love you!
