Riding at the arena with Daddy!

Charlize loved being able to push the cows up the ally with Nate. They were walking around the arena warmin up the horses and Nate let his rope out to coil it back up. Roanie stepped away from it and Charlize wasn't really ready for that movement and off she went. Poor Roanie came back to check on her and darn that sunscreen made the sand stick! Yes there were tears and yes, we put her right back on. It's not the first time she's fallen off, just the first time that she has hit the dirt. She did fine the rest of the afternoon :)

After they were done roping we went for a trail ride. I was going to try for a shiloette picture, but loved the look Charlize was giving her Daddy - so sorry they're a little dark!

Swim Lessons with the cousins!

The swim lessons started at 4:00 in the afternoon, so a few days my sisters, Sonrisa and Eleanore, and cousin Jennifer would come over to get some sun before. This first picture of Charlize taking to Emma cracks me up because of Fallon's expression in the background.

I loved being able to just spend time with Charlize playing in her pool in the backyard, getting some sun! :) Silly faces anytime the camera comes out!
